Our small, family-run store is located in the center of the town of Alagna. It is a place where we love to share with you and let you discover all the different products we so carefully create; from cheese to butter, yogurt to freshly milked milk.

DUCK EGGS

Our mute ducks, they roam free in both winter and summer, eating what nature offers them, their slightly larger eggs offering more nutrients than chicken eggs.

ZIGRU

Fermented cheese from the Walser tradition. First salt, pepper, cream and salt, fermented for a couple of weeks, then mash with a fork, add a drizzle of oil pour over boiled potatoes, polenta, rice or pasta.

BEATEN LARD

Wrought lard flavored with: Parsley and garlic , great on toasted black bread, for a mountain aperitif. Rosemary and onion, used in cooking to flavor meats, or on toast.

MARMALADES

Jams produced by companies in lower Valsesia with fruit from Valsesian trees.

SAGE BUTTER
